Privacy Policy

Electrical Hub (https://electrical-hub-delta.vercel.app) is a study resource for AKTU and IPU B.Tech students, operated from Uttar Pradesh, India. For any privacy question, write to drdilip09@gmail.com.

Browsing without an account. You can read the site and download free material without giving us anything. We do not require you to register.

When you create an account. We store your email address, the name you enter, and — if you sign in with Google — the basic profile details Google shares (name, email, profile picture). We never receive your Google password.

When you send an enquiry or place an order. We store the name, phone number, email, college and message you submit, so we can reply and deliver what you ordered.

When you pay. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card, UPI or banking details go directly to Razorpay and are never seen or stored by us. We keep only the payment reference id, the amount and whether it succeeded.

Automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site working.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing emails you did not ask for.

We use cookies that are necessary for the site to function — chiefly to keep you signed in and to remember an admin session. Without these, accounts and purchases cannot work.

Advertising and analytics partners described below may also set cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site (such as signing in) will then stop working.

We may display advertisements served by Google AdSense and other third-party ad networks.

• Razorpay — payment processing

Each of these processes some data on our behalf under its own privacy policy. We share with them only what the service needs to do its job.

Account and purchase records are kept while your account exists, and afterwards only as long as needed for tax and accounting rules. Enquiries are kept until they are resolved and for a reasonable period after.

You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete your account and its data. Email drdilip09@gmail.com and we will act within a reasonable time. Deleting your account also removes your access to anything you purchased.

This site is meant for college students. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as the site changes. The date at the top always shows when it was last reviewed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
